Job Description :

We are seeking highly skilled SAP CO professionals with 8-9 years of experience in implementing and managing Controlling (CO) modules.

The ideal candidates should have completed at least 2-3 end-to-end project implementations and demonstrate expertise in Product Costing, Material Ledger Actual Costing, and Profitability Analysis.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, configure, and implement SAP CO solutions aligned with business requirements.

- Manage and optimize Product Costing, Material Ledger, and Actual Costing functionalities.

- Implement and monitor Profitability Analysis (COPA) for accurate financial reporting and decision-making.

- Collaborate with other functional teams for seamless integration with SAP FI, MM, SD, PP, and QM modules.

- Understand, design, and map interfaces with non-SAP third-party systems and SAP systems using IDOCs.

- Configure SAP solutions within the COSTING modules of SAP S/4 HANA, including Material Ledger and actual costing functionalities.

- Set up and manage cost center commitments, planning, assessment cycles, distribution cycles, and activity costing.

- Prepare and manage cost sheets, overhead costing allocations, template allocations, and period-end procedures.

- Configure Account-Based and Costing-Based COPA functionalities, including assessment cycles and report painter report creation.

- Support end-to-end SAP S/4 HANA implementation projects, ensuring timely and quality delivery.

- Conduct troubleshooting, debugging, and performance tuning for CO processes.

- Act as a point of contact for client queries, addressing concerns, and ensuring project success.

Key Requirements :

- 8 to 9 years of experience in SAP CO with a focus on Product Costing, Material Ledger Actual Costing, and Profitability Analysis.

- Strong knowledge of cost center commitments, planning, assessment cycles, and activity costing.

- Expertise in Cost Sheet preparation, overhead allocation, and period-end procedures.

- Proficiency in Account-Based and Costing-Based COPA, including assessment cycles and report creation.

- Integration experience with SAP FI, MM, SD, PP, and QM modules.

- Familiarity with SAP and non-SAP third-party system interfaces, including IDOCs.

- Hands-on experience with SAP S/4 HANA and end-to-end implementation projects.

- Strong analytical, verbal, and written communication skills.

- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to lead and mentor teams.

- Willingness to travel to client sites as needed.
