Sr Product Delivery Manager (PLM & MES)


As a PLM Program Manager at VWITS, you will spearhead the delivery and management of our Teamcenter PLM solutions and innovations. You’ll ensure that our product lifecycle management processes are optimized, our projects are delivered on time, and our solutions align with strategic business objectives.


The ideal candidate will have a sharp business mind and proven ability to strategize and implement high-level program initiatives. As a natural leader, this person should have strong talent for project coordination and delegation. Ultimately, the program manager should be motivated by a desire to optimize productivity and nurture program success from inception to completion.


  • PLM + MES Consulting, Implementation experience of at least 1 Full Project Life Cycle
  • Experience working with Automotive industry
  • Siemens Teamcenter Knowledge
  • MES Process knowledge
  • Experience with Teamcenter implementation
  • Experience in Managing multiple project teams, ensuring program goals are reached
  • Experience in Managing budget and funding channels for maximum productivity
  • Organizational and multitasking skills
  • Exceptional skills in leadership, time management, facilitation, and organization
  • Experience in managing multiple stakeholders
  • Risk Management and Mitigation
  • Resource Optimization and Capacity Planning
  • Strategic Thinking and Visioning
  • Time Management and Prioritization
  • Advanced Analytics and Reporting
  • Outstanding knowledge of change management principles and performance evaluation processes
  • Good to have SAP DMC knowledge


Responsibilities

  • Work closely with project sponsor, cross-functional teams, and assigned project managers to develop the scope, deliverables, required resources, work plan, budget, and timing for new initiatives
  • Manage program and project teams for optimal return on investment, and coordinate and delegate cross-project initiatives
  • Identify key requirements for cross-functional teams and external vendors
  • Develop and manage budget for projects and be accountable for delivering against established business goals/objectives
  • Work with other project managers to identify risks and opportunities across multiple projects within the department
  • Should be able to manage multi skill large teams
  • Should be able to manage Strategic Partners teams - SP Alignment, SP cost, budget, responsibilities, etc
  • Analyze, evaluate, and overcome program risks, and produce program reports for management and stakeholders
  • Developing an evaluation method to assess program strengths and identify areas for improvement.
  • Ensuring goals are met in areas including customer satisfaction, safety, quality, and team member performance.
  • Strategize, implement, and maintain program initiatives that adhere to organizational objectives
  • Develop program assessment protocols for evaluation and improvement
  • Maintain organizational standards of satisfaction, quality, and performance


Qualifications


  • 15+ Years of experience
  • 5 or more years of experience in an upper-management role, preferably in program management
  • Automotive Industry experience is must
  • PMP/PGMP/PPM Certification
  • BTech, BE or equivalent degree
