Overview:

We are looking for an experienced SAP Commerce Cloud (Hybris) Developer with hands-on expertise in Composable Storefront (Spartacus) to design, build, and maintain scalable, high-performance e-commerce solutions. The ideal candidate should be highly skilled in both the backend of SAP Commerce and the frontend with Angular-based composable storefront.

Job Title: SAP Commerce Cloud (Hybris) Developer

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain SAP Commerce Cloud solutions, ensuring high performance and responsiveness.
  • Customize and extend SAP Commerce Cloud features including Product Catalog, Cart, Checkout, Promotions, and Order Management.
  • Implement and integrate Composable Storefront (Spartacus) with backend services.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including UI/UX designers, architects, and QA.
  • Optimize application for maximum speed and scalability.
  • Integrate third-party APIs and services (payment gateways, CMS, etc.).
  • Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, and architectural decisions.
  • Maintain best practices in code quality, performance, and security.
  • Troubleshoot production issues and provide timely solutions.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • 7+ years of experience with SAP Commerce Cloud (Hybris) development.
  • Proven expertise in Composable Storefront (Spartacus) using Angular.
  • Deep understanding of SAP Commerce architecture, modules (Product, Order, Checkout, etc.), and OCC APIs.
  • Experience with headless commerce principles and RESTful API integrations.
  • Strong skills in Java, Spring, Angular, and TypeScript.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD tools and cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP).
  • Understanding of agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
  • Ability to write clean, maintainable, and scalable code.

Nice to Have:

  • SAP Commerce Cloud certification.
  • Experience with CMS integration (e.g., Adobe Experience Manager, Contentful).
  • Exposure to Microservices and Composable Commerce architecture.
  • Working knowledge of GraphQL and BFF (Backend for Frontend) patterns.
  • Familiarity with DevOps practices and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).

Education:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
