-Minimum 15 years of overall experience in IT, with over 5 years in a functional role focused on system integration.

-Strong expertise in integration platforms such as Boomi, Mulesoft, and Celigo.

-Proven experience in handling overseas teams and managing client relationships effectively.

Job Summary: The Director of Integration will lead and manage a globally distributed team responsible for delivering seamless integration solutions for clients. The role requires exceptional leadership, client management skills, and technical knowledge of integration platforms such as Boomi, Mulesoft, and Celigo. The candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth delivery of integration projects, maintaining high customer satisfaction, and leading strategic initiatives to drive growth in the integration services division.

Key Responsibilities:

-Lead and oversee the integration team, managing performance, mentoring, and ensuring successful project deliveries.

-Handle international client interactions, providing strategic guidance and ensuring the delivery of high-quality integration solutions.

-Develop and implement integration strategies aligned with the organization's goals and client needs.

-Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring satisfaction, understanding their requirements, and addressing any concerns.

-Ensure smooth collaboration with cross-functional teams, both internal and external, to deliver robust integration solutions.

-Lead initiatives in expanding and optimizing integration capabilities using Boomi, Mulesoft, and Celigo platforms.

-Oversee the design, development, and maintenance of integration solutions, ensuring that they meet client expectations and business objectives.

-Work closely with stakeholders to identify and implement process improvements to increase operational efficiency.

-Stay updated on industry trends and integration technology advancements, ensuring the team's skills and solutions remain cutting-edge.

Skills and Qualifications:

-Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.

-15+ years of experience in IT, with over 5 years in a functional role focused on integrations.

-Hands-on experience with Boomi, Mulesoft, and Celigo integration platforms.

-Strong leadership and team management skills, especially in handling distributed teams across different time zones.

-Excellent client handling and communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical information into business language.

-Proven track record of delivering successful integration projects on time and within budget.

-Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and optimize integration processes.

-Knowledge of cloud computing, SaaS platforms, and enterprise-level IT systems is an advantage.

-Availability to travel as required.
