Scope of Work
The position heads the Home Collection business of Dr Lal PathLabs and will be responsible for driving overall business expansion – geographically and increasing D2C presence, revenue growth, enhancing customer experience, manage large-scale operations. Build a strong team for service delivery and collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve the home collection business objectives.
HERE IS WHAT YOU WILL DO:
Business Expansion & Growth
- Identify prospective home collection business channels, develop and implement effective sales strategies that grow market share
- Deliver Home Collection sales objectives by scaling up in existing cities & expanding in new geographies
- Gather market intelligence, analyze, identify, and pursue new business opportunities for sustained growth
- Devise and execute digital strategy, social media strategy, customer segmentation-based programs/services (PRIME) to drive revenue growth
- Generate business through Identifying potential customers, subscriptions, loyalty programs, retention programs/offers, aggregator-based tie-ups
Service Delivery Planning & Operations:
- Design and propose new business models, and capacity planning to ensure effective operational scale-up
- Ideate and evaluate the Manning model to help in business growth
- Review & manage the HC business channel performance
Cross-functional Collaboration:
- Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to develop and execute growth initiatives
- Collaborate with product development teams to build a roadmap and execute projects that are aligned with market needs and growth strategies.
Team Management:
- Provide strong leadership to the given team, motivating & engaging the team for higher performance
WHAT ARE WE LOOKING IN YOU:
- Experience: 6+Years
- Qualification: MBA /PGDBM in Marketing/ Btech from Premier B-Schools
- Prior Experience/Background: Healthcare Sector/ E-commerce/ Retail/ Hospitality/ Consulting
