Responsibilities:

- The Campus Hiring expert will be responsible for planning and executing the campus recruitment strategies.

- Drive the strategy and planning of university hiring & branding programs to build short and long-term candidate pipeline.

- Building and maintaining relationships with Faculty, Student organizations, and Alumni Groups.

- Manage the end-to-end campus hiring process, from strategy to execution level, to hire top talent from Universities and Colleges.

- Partner with key business, and hiring stakeholders to build solutions for diversity, equity, and inclusion objectives.

- Working closely with the University Relations team to design and drive key branding and engagement initiatives.
