Responsibilities:


• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into robust SQL solutions.

• Design and implement database structures, ensuring optimal performance, scalability, and reliability.

• Develop and maintain SSRS reports to provide valuable insights and analytics for stakeholders.

• Utilize SSIS to design, develop, and maintain ETL processes for seamless data integration.

• Optimize and troubleshoot existing SQL code for improved performance and efficiency.

• Conduct thorough performance tuning to enhance overall database performance.

• Lead and execute data migration projects from various sources and applications.

• Stay current with industry best practices and emerging technologies to enhance database development processes.

• Familiarize with Debt collection industry and respective business processes.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science Software Engineering or similar relevant degree.

• Strong proficiency in SQL programming and database design principles.

• Extensive knowledge of SSRS for creating and maintaining reports.

• Hands-on experience with SSIS for designing and implementing ETL processes.

• Ability to optimize and troubleshoot complex SQL queries and stored procedures.

• Experience in database performance tuning and optimization.

• Proficiency in data migration from different sources/applications.

• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

• Effective communication skills for collaboration with cross-functional teams

• Exposure to Azure is good to have
