Fraud Analyst

Job Responsibilities:-

• The position would be responsible for performing analytics over fraud management operations and policy adherence in key process.
• The candidate should have Good communication and analytical skills and should have demonstrated analytical skills in past experience.
• Candidate should have basic excel and sql skills to effectively ensure the daily deliverables. Past experience on Fraud Monitoring in telecom will be an added advantage.

Monitoring of alarms on FMS

• Define and execute a robust and comprehensive strategy for Risk & Fraud Skills to monitor Business Policy Non-Compliances and follow-up for closure
• Analysis of various KPI’s of Fraud Management including Fraud Trends, reports, MIS, Performance Management of the operating unit
• Understanding Business Policy guidelines and identify loopholes.
• Ensuing operations tracking through multiple reports Revenue Opportunities / Leakages identification / Cash Generation.
