Role Overview

We are hiring a Sales Assistant who will connect with students, explain our cybersecurity training programs, and guide them through the enrolment process. This role requires basic technical knowledge and a little cybersecurity awareness—enough to confidently talk about the importance of cybersecurity education.

Key Responsibilities

  • Reach out to students via phone, email, or social media to promote our courses
  • Explain cybersecurity courses and their career benefits in simple terms
  • Assist students with the enrollment process
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and conversions
  • Achieve weekly and monthly enrolment targets

Requirements

  • Good communication and persuasion skills
  • Basic technical/computer knowledge (networking, operating systems, IT tools)
  • Some exposure to cybersecurity concepts (e.g., phishing, malware, ethical hacking basics)
  • Prior telesales/telecalling experience preferred but not mandatory
  • Self-driven, enthusiastic, and target-oriented
