Job Title: Automation Lead – TOSCA Specialist Location:Offshore Experience:10+ Years Employment Type:Full-Time Job Summary We are looking for a highly experiencedAutomation Lead (TOSCA Specialist)to spearhead the transformation of our Quality Assurance practice throughrobust test automation . This role requires deep hands-on expertise inTricentis TOSCAand the ability to design scalable, maintainable automation frameworks that support enterprise applications. As an Automation Lead, you will drive automation strategy, enable continuous testing, mentor QA teams, and collaborate closely with development and DevOps teams to ensure high-quality, reliable software delivery across web, desktop, API, and SAP-based systems. Key Responsibilities Automation Strategy & Framework Development Architect, design, and implementscalable and reusable test automation frameworksusingTricentis TOSCA . Define automation standards, best practices, and governance models for enterprise-wide adoption. Identify opportunities to improve test coverage, execution speed, and test reliability through automation. Test Automation Implementation Lead the development and maintenance ofautomated test suitesfor: Functional testing Regression testing Integration testing Automate testing acrossWeb, Desktop, API, and SAP applicationsusing TOSCA modules and components. Implementdata-driven, model-based automationapproaches to reduce script maintenance. CI/CD & Continuous Testing Integrate automated test execution intoCI/CD pipelinesusing tools such asJenkins, Azure DevOps , or similar platforms. Enable continuous testing as part of Agile and DevOps delivery models. Monitor pipeline execution results and optimize automation feedback cycles. Leadership & Mentorship Providetechnical leadership and hands-on guidanceto QA and automation engineers. Conduct training sessions, workshops, and knowledge-sharing initiatives onTOSCA best practices . Review automation designs, scripts, and execution reports to ensure quality and consistency. Defect Analysis & Stability Performroot cause analysisfor automation failures and flaky tests. Continuously improve stability, reliability, and maintainability of automated test suites. Collaborate with development teams to resolve test environment, data, and application issues. Collaboration & Shift-Left Quality Work closely with development, product, and architecture teams to ensuretestability of applications . Promote ashift-left testing approachby introducing automation early in the SDLC. Participate in Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, and release readiness discussions. Essential Qualifications Education Bachelor’s degree inComputer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field . Experience & Technical Skills 10+ yearsof overall experience intest automation and quality engineering . Deep, hands-on expertise in Tricentis TOSCA , including: TestCase design Modules and Reusable Libraries Test Data Management Execution Lists and Reporting TOSCA Certificationssuch asAS1, AS2, AE1, TDSarehighly preferred . Strong experience with multiple automation types: UI Automation API Testing Database Testing Familiarity withversion control systems(Git, Bitbucket). Experience working withCI/CD toolslikeJenkins, Azure DevOps , or equivalent. Preferred / Nice-to-Have Skills Experience testing SAP applications using TOSCA. Exposure to Agile, Scrum, or SAFe delivery models. Knowledge of test management tools and defect tracking systems (JIRA, ALM, etc.). Experience working in large-scale enterprise or regulated environments. Soft Skills Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
