Designation: Data Analyst Location: Ahmedabad Experience Range: 5+ years Salary Range: - UpTo 10.80 LPAJob Profile: We are seeking a highly motivated Data Analyst to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for collecting, analysing, and interpreting data to help drive strategic and operational decisions across the business. This role involves working closely with teams across Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Operations to deliver actionable insights that improve business performance and efficiency.Key Responsibilities • Extract, clean, and analyse data from our booking system to uncover trends, patterns, and insights • Build and maintain dashboards and reports using tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Excel • Develop and implement data-driven solutions and strategies to optimise business performance. • Provide data-driven recommendations to stakeholders and support strategic initiatives • Collaborate with different departments to define data requirements and KPIs • Support forecasting, budgeting, and performance monitoring processes • Create visualisations, reports, and dashboards to effectively communicate findings to managementSkills & Experience Required • Proven experience as a Data Analyst or similar analytical role • Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organise, and analyse significant amounts of data • Proficiency in SQL and data visualisation tools (e.g. Power BI, Tableau) • Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables and complex formulas • Experience with data cleaning, modelling, and business intelligence reporting • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skillsWhat We Offer • Competitive salary and benefits package • Opportunity to work in a dynamic and data-driven environment • Career development and progression opportunities5 days Working UK ShiftCompany Profile: Ahmedabad-based KPO service provider with expertise in delivering high-quality services to our clients.
