Role Description:- This is a full-time on-site role based in Tiruchirappalli for a Branch Manager.- The Branch Manager will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations of the branch, managing a high-performing team, and ensuring sales growth by achieving business targets.- Responsibilities include planning and implementing effective customer acquisition strategies, fostering strong relationships with clients and business partners, and maintaining compliance with company policies and regulatory standards.- The role demands leadership abilities, strong business acumen, and a customer-focused approach to drive results and ensure customer satisfaction.
