Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Generative AI Specialist with a strong background in AI, Machine Learning, and Data Science, along with proven hands-on expertise in Generative AI applications. The candidate will design, develop, and deploy GenAI-powered solutions, leveraging LLMs, prompt engineering, and deep learning techniques to solve real-world business problems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and implement Generative AI models for tasks such as text, code, image, and data generation.
  • Apply prompt engineering and fine-tuning techniques to optimize performance of LLMs.
  • Work with frameworks such as LangChain, Hugging Face, OpenAI APIs, and vector databases.
  • Build and deploy ML pipelines for training, validation, and deployment of GenAI models.
  • Collaborate with data scientists, ML engineers, and product teams to integrate GenAI solutions into business applications.
  • Research and stay updated on emerging GenAI trends, tools, and frameworks.
  • Ensure model performance, scalability, and ethical AI practices in deployment.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 6–8 years of experience in AI, Machine Learning, and Data Science.
  • 2–3 years of hands-on experience in Generative AI.
  • Strong proficiency in Python and ML libraries (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn).
  • Experience with LLMs (e.g., GPT, LLaMA, Falcon) and NLP techniques.
  • Familiarity with vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, FAISS, Qdrant).
  • Strong understanding of data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation.
  • Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) for AI/ML deployments.
