SAP Procurement Lead Consultant

Responsibilities1Lead end-to-end SAP MM , FieldGlass and Ariba implementations and upgrades. 2Configure and troubleshoot procurement processes in SAP S4/HANA, FieldGlass and Ariba 3Collaborate with procurement, finance, and IT teams to resolve issues and implement improvements 4Support procurement process automation and Functional enhancements 5Document configurations, issue resolutions, and process workflows 6Configure Fieldglass modules: Contingent Workforce, Services Procurement, SOW Management. 7Develop workflows, approval processes, and templates for job postings and work orders. 8Assist in impact assessment, testing and deploying SAP MM, FieldGlass and Ariba upgrades and patches 9Implement enhancements in Ariba modules: Sourcing, Procurement, Contracts, Supplier Management. Design workflows for Purchase Requisition, Purchase Order, and Invoice Processing. 10Manage interfaces for supplier data, purchase orders, and invoices. 11Ensure accurate data mapping and reconciliation between systems. 12Train end-users and provide ongoing support and knowledge sharing 13Ensure adherence to tax regulations, import/export compliance, and company policies. 14Work closely with end Business users to understand requirements and deliver solutions relevant for their needs 15Participate in SAP upgrades, patches, and system enhancements 16Continuously keep up to date with new SAP technology offering in Procurement space and conduct PoCs and Demonstrate use cases to deliver value
