We are seeking a highly skilledSr. Functional Consultant – Microsoft Dynamics Business Centralto join our team. The role involves managing end-to-end ERP implementation projects, with a strong focus on the Finance module and India localization (GST, TDS, TCS). The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of successful implementations, excellent problem-solving skills, and strong communication abilities.Location:Navi Mumbai, India Engagement:Permanent – Full timeKey Responsibilities: Lead and manage end-to-end implementation projects for Microsoft Dynamics Business Central. Gather business requirements, prepare documentation, and design tailored solutions. Configure, customize, and test Business Central Finance modules with India localization. Conduct training sessions, UAT, and data migration activities. Collaborate with technical teams for development and enhancements of add-on solutions. Provide post-implementation support, including handling CRs and day-to-day issue resolution. Prepare project documentation and ensure compliance with client requirements.Qualifications and ExperienceEducation:B.Com / M.Com / MBA Finance / CA.Experience: Minimum 4+ years of hands-on experience in Microsoft Dynamics Business Central / NAV. Strong expertise in the Finance Module with India taxation (GST, TDS, TCS). Minimum 3 end-to-end implementations of the Finance Module in Business Central/Navision. Proficiency in Advanced Excel, presentations, and documentation. Experience working with a Microsoft Dynamics-focused IT company. Strong English communication skills (verbal & written).Good to have: Knowledge of advanced features, reporting, and BI tools. Strong presentation skills and ability to engage with senior stakeholders.Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks. Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
