Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to potential clients and respond to inbound inquiries.
  • Explain visa processes, services, and documentation requirements.
  • Identify client needs and recommend suitable visa solutions.
  • Follow up with leads to convert them into confirmed clients.
  • Maintain and update customer databases with accurate information.
  • Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth.
  • Provide excellent customer service to build trust and ensure client satisfaction.


Qualifications and Skills:

  • Minimum 6 months of experience in Visa sales or Visa customer service.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle objections and close sales effectively.
  • Proficiency in using CRM tools and basic computer applications.
  • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and detail-oriented.
