Senior Java Developer

Responsibilities :- Design and develop high-quality, scalable, and secure backend systems using Java and related technologies.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand system requirements and implement features that meet business needs.- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code while following best practices in software development.- Develop and manage APIs and integrations with third-party services.- Optimize applications for maximum speed, scalability, and efficiency.- Ensure security and data protection best practices are followed in backend development.- Participate in code reviews and contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes.- Stay up to date with the latest industry trends, tools, and technologies in Java development.Requirements :- Familiarity with Java frameworks such as Spring Boot.- Strong understanding of RESTful API design and integration.- Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Google Cloud, Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) is a plus.- Familiarity with test-driven development (TDD) and writing unit/integration tests.- Ability to work in an Agile development environment.- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.- 8+ years of strong experience with the Java programming language (Java 8 or above).- Experience working with relational databases (e.g , MySQL, PostgreSQL) and NoSQL databases (e.g , MongoDB).- Experience with version control tools such as Git (ref:hirist.tech)
