Collaborate with senior architects, consultants, and vendors to ensure design intent and project quality. Preparepresentation drawings, working drawings, material boards, and mood boards. Conduct site visits to monitor progress, ensure design compliance, and provide design-related inputs. Research and suggest innovative materials, finishes, and sustainable design solutions. Coordinate with cross-functional teams including procurement, project management, and execution teams.Desired Skills & Competencies Proficiency inAutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop, and MS Office(knowledge of Revit or 3D rendering software is a plus). Strongaesthetic judgment, detailing ability, and understanding of space planning. Goodcommunication and presentation skillsto express design ideas effectively. Ability to handle multiple assignments and meet project timelines. A collaborative mindset with a passion for creative excellence.
