Business Head – CRM

We are currently hiring for "Business Head - CRM Product" with a leading startup based out in Bangalore.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Go-To-Market (GTM) Strategy:
- Define and execute GTM strategies to drive product adoption and market penetration.
- Identify key customer segments, pricing strategies, and competitive positioning.
- Build strategic partnerships and alliances to expand market reach.
- Drive sales enablement by aligning product, marketing, and sales teams.
2. Growth & Revenue Expansion:
- Own and drive revenue growth through customer acquisition, retention, and upselling.
- Work closely with the product and marketing teams to define growth levers.
- Leverage data-driven insights to optimize funnel conversions and customer engagement.
- Identify and execute strategic growth initiatives, including expansion into new industries or verticals.
3. Strategy & Leadership:
- Develop and execute a long-term business strategy for the CRM product.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product, sales, and customer success.
- Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to stay ahead of the market.
- Define key business KPIs and ensure alignment with company objectives.
- Hire, mentor, and lead a high-performing team focused on GTM and growth initiatives.
Key Qualifications & Requirements:
- 8-15 years of experience in GTM, growth, and business strategy roles, preferably in SaaS, CRM, or enterprise software.
- Strong understanding of the Indian B2B SaaS and CRM market.
- Proven experience in scaling a tech product in a competitive market.
- Expertise in growth hacking, customer acquisition, and retention strategies.
- Experience in leading and working with cross-functional teams (sales, marketing, product, and customer success).
- Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership abilities.
- Prior experience in working with startups or high-growth environments is a plus
