Required Work Experience & Knowledge

  • 4-5 years of experience is required.
  • Having experience in construction of OHSR,CWR,WTP and building structure related to water

infra projects.

  • Having experience in site monitoring of civil structure works
  • B .tech in civil/MTech

Essential/ Key Responsibilities

Support to Project Team on Site:

Provide assistance and guidance to the project team working at the site. Address any on-site issues or challenges faced by the team. Ensure that the project team has the necessary resources and support for successful project execution.

Support to HO Office:

Collaborate with the Head Office to align project activities with organizational goals.

Provide regular updates to the Head Office on project progress, challenges, and key milestones.

Assist in coordinating activities between the project site and the Head Office. Monitoring daily on going constructions work on OHSR, CWR, pump house, WTP, etc. Maintain the Quality of Construction work by Virtual and visual inspection.

Resolution of Project Site Issues within TAT:

Promptly address and resolve any issues that arise at the project site. Implement effective solutions to minimize downtime and disruptions. Ensure that all resolutions are within the defined in TAT.

Tracker Development for Progress:

Develop and maintain project trackers to monitor and track progress. Include key performance indicators (KPIs) and milestones in the trackers for effective progress measurement. Regularly update and analyze the trackers to ensure project goals are being met.

Project Planning:

Collaborate with project managers and team members to develop project plans. Assist in defining project scope, goals, and deliverables. Create and maintain project documentation, including timelines and schedules.

Problem Resolution:

Identify and address issues that may impact project progress. Collaborate with the project team to find solutions to challenges. Escalate issues to higher management when necessary. Routines site visits to ensure work execution as per standards, quality and safety.

Operational Duties

Team Coordination:

Facilitate communication and collaboration among team members.

Conduct regular team meetings to discuss progress, challenges, and upcoming tasks.

Foster a positive team environment.

Daily Tracking:

Regularly check in with team members to monitor progress on assigned tasks.

Address any roadblocks or challenges hindering task completion.

Coordination with Engineering Department:

Facilitate effective communication within the engineering department.

Organize regular team meetings to discuss ongoing projects, challenges, and solutions.

Design and Drawing Review:

Schedule and conduct regular design and drawing review meetings.

Ensure that the project team, including engineers and relevant stakeholders, participates in these reviews.Document feedback and decisions made during the review process.

Inventory Planning

Evaluate existing inventory levels to determine what materials are already available.

Communicate with suppliers to understand lead times, production capacities, and potential challenges. Generate purchase orders based on the material requirements and demand forecasts.

Behavioral Competencies Required

Effective Communication: Articulating ideas clearly, actively listening, and fostering open communication among team members.

Leadership: Ability to influence and motivate others to perform tasks need to deal 10+ person.
