The ideal candidate will lead CRM and CPQ solution design, configuration, and implementation, ensuring seamless business process automation and optimized sales operations.Key Responsibilities:- Configure and manage Product Catalog, SKUs, Bundling, and Product Relationships within the CPQ framework. - Develop and maintain Pricing, Price Lists, and CPQ Business Rules to support complex pricing models. - Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, document, and translate CRM requirements into functional solutions. - Create detailed User Stories, Functional Design Documents (FDDs), and other project documentation. - Conduct data analysis to identify customer trends and provide actionable insights for CRM strategy improvements. - Deliver training and user support to ensure effective CRM adoption across departments.Requirements:- 5+ years of experience as a CRM Consultant (Salesforce, MS Dynamics, or ServiceNow CRM preferred). - 2+ years of hands-on CPQ project experience (Salesforce CPQ preferred). - Strong understanding of CRM architecture, configuration, and integration best practices. - Excellent communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
