You will partner closely with business leaders and store teams to drive talent management, employee engagement, performance, and compliance across assigned regions, ensuring a high-performing and people-first culture.Key Responsibilities- Act as the primary HR point of contact for business leaders and employees in assigned regions. - Drive end-to-end talent management, including recruitment, onboarding, retention, and succession planning. - Partner with business managers to implement performance management processes and employee development initiatives. - Facilitate employee engagement programs to foster a positive work environment and strong team culture. - Provide guidance on HR policies, labor laws, and compliance requirements. - Address employee relations matters, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions in alignment with company policies. - Support learning and development programs to upskill employees and enhance service excellence. - Collaborate with central HR teams on compensation, payroll, and HRIS initiatives. - Track HR metrics and provide insights to management for data-driven decision-making.Desired Candidate Profile- MBA/PGDM in HR or equivalent qualification. - 2–5 years of HRBP/HR Generalist experience, preferably in Retail/QSR/Hospitality. - Strong understanding of HR operations, employee lifecycle management, and statutory compliances. - Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. - Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-site environment with strong stakeholder management.Why Join Us?At Costa Coffee, part of Devyani International Limited, you’ll be at the forefront of building people practices in a growing international coffee brand.
