Job Title : MERN Stack DeveloperLocation : Noida, Sector 135 (Onsite)Experience : 3.5 to 4 Years (Candidates with less than 3.5 years will not be considered)Notice Period : Immediate Joiners OnlyEmployment Type : Full-timeAbout Quokka Labs :Quokka Labs is a fast-growing digital product development company, committed to building meaningful and scalable web and mobile solutions.We collaborate with global clients to deliver top-tier digital experiences that solve real-world Summary :We are looking for an experienced MERN Stack Developer to join our dynamic engineering team.The ideal candidate should have 3.5 to 4 years of hands-on experience in developing full-stack web applications using MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js.This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to challenging projects and work with a team passionate about modern technologies and clean code.Key Responsibilities :- Design, develop, and maintain robust and scalable web applications using the MERN stack.- Write clean, reusable, and efficient code with attention to performance and scalability.- Collaborate with UI/UX designers, product managers, and other developers to build high-quality products.- Create and integrate RESTful APIs and third-party services.- Conduct code reviews and participate in architectural discussions.- Debug and resolve technical issues and bugs.- Ensure security and data protection in application development.- Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and Skills :- Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+).- Hands-on experience with MongoDB, Express.- Solid understanding of React concepts including hooks, lifecycle methods, and state management (Redux or Context API).- Experience working with RESTful APIs and integrating with backend services.- Version control using Git and familiarity with branching strategies.- Understanding of asynchronous programming and event-driven architecture.- Good knowledge of deployment and basic DevOps practices (Heroku, AWS, Docker a plus).- Excellent debugging and problem-solving skills.- Strong communication and collaboration Skills (Preferred but Not Mandatory) :- Experience with TypeScript.- Exposure to GraphQL.- Familiarity with testing frameworks like Jest, Mocha, or Cypress.- Experience with CI/CD tools and pipelines.- Knowledge of Agile methodologies.
