The ideal candidate should possess strong technical expertise in Power BI and DAX, with excellent client communication and analytical skills.Key Responsibilities:- Design, develop, and maintain interactive Power BI dashboards and reports. - Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications. - Create and optimize DAX queries and data models for performance and scalability. - Integrate data from multiple sources to provide comprehensive insights. - Provide data analysis, visualization, and reporting solutions to support business decisions. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of BI solutions. - Conduct client discussions, presentations, and demos as required.Required Skills:- Advanced proficiency in Power BI and DAX (Data Analysis Expressions). - Strong understanding of data modeling, ETL concepts, and performance tuning. - Experience in connecting Power BI with various data sources (SQL, Excel, APIs, etc.). - Strong client communication and stakeholder management skills. - Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.Good to Have:- Experience or exposure to Clinical Operations or Healthcare domain (not mandatory) - Familiarity with SQL or other BI tools.
