Maintain solid knowledge ofSPVs (Special Purpose Vehicles)and their relevance in real estate/PE structures. PerformSPV-level cash trackingand preparewire memosfor intercompany transfers. ReconcileGross Debtand performGross-to-Net Debt bridging . SupportFund Leverage Limitation Testingto determine borrowing capacity. Handleallocation and coding of project-level expensesusingCoupa . Preparequarterly Distribution Trackerfor US real estate investments. Preparequarterly Disclosure Reportingitems for internal stakeholders (BX). Preparequarterly SPV financial statements . Managesystem setups ,bank account creation , andSPV entity dissolution . Participate inprocess documentationandSOP creation . Identifyprocess gaps , propose solutions, and leadprocess improvement initiatives . Handlead-hoc analysis and reportingrequests.Desired Candidate Profile Post Graduate orChartered Accountant (CA)with strong finance knowledge. Good understanding of thePrivate Equity businessand its revenue model. 1.5–2 years of relevant experiencein financial reporting and performance reporting. Strong proficiency inMicrosoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word . Ability to work independently with stronganalytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills . Demonstrates strongmultitasking abilitiesand works effectively under tight deadlines. Excellentverbal and written communication skillsfor interaction with global stakeholders. Ability tosummarize large amounts of information quickly and effectively .
