What Youll Do :

- Build full stack solutions for real European clients using modern and AI-enhanced tech

- Work in agile teams (Scrum/Kanban), contributing to sprint planning, retros, and code reviews

- Translate customer needs into smart, scalable architectures

- Take ownership of your code, delivery, and outcomes

- Collaborate with teammates across disciplines from junior devs to delivery leads

- Travel onsite to Sweden/Europe when needed for project collaboration

- Grow into a Tech Lead role, with leadership in delivery, code, and communication

Our Tech & Process Stack :

- Frontend : React, Angular, Vue

- Backend : Node.js, .NET, Java, Python

- Databases : PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Firebase

- DevOps & Cloud : Docker, GitHub Actions, CI/CD, AWS, Azure

- AI Tools : LLM integration, prompt engineering, code generation workflows

- Workstyle : Agile (Scrum/Kanban), daily standups, backlogs, retrospectives
