And everything must feel intentional, elevated, and emotionally resonant.The Role: We’re looking for a Senior Visual Designerwho can:Translate brand tone intovisual identity, campaigns, ads, reels, editorials, and presentations Create aesthetic content quickly and autonomously Work directly with the founder for concepts + direction Understand cultural nuance, luxury cues, contemporary design language, and storytelling Switch between the warm, contemplative world of a handmade luxury skincare brandand thevibrant, premium, culinary lifestyle world of GPWorldYou Will Work On:Static creative (ads, social posts, landing pages, decks) Basic motion + short-form video/reel editing Brand storytelling and content ideation Visual strategy + creative direction inputRequirements:Strong mastery of composition, typography, palette, and visual culture Portfolio that showstaste, restraint, and intention Experience with social-first design (Instagram-heavy) Comfortable working directly with founder (no layers) Fast turnaround mindset High EQ + curiosity about culture, beauty, hospitality, and lifestyle trendsNice to Have (But Not Required):Basic motion graphics / After Effects Photography or shoot direction sensibilityWork Style & Compensation:Remote-first, available during Indian business hours You may have side clients, butour work must come first We are willing to pay for priority + speed Compensation: ₹65,000 – ₹85,000+ per monthdepending on portfolio strength and speedTo Apple: Fill out the application form at -
