We’re Hiring: Senior Associate / AVP – Structured Finance & Syndication Location:Mumbai Experience:2–5 years Qualification:CA / MBA (Finance) We are looking for a driven professional to join our Structured Finance & Syndication team.Key Responsibilities • Manage end-to-end debt syndication for NBFCs, HFCs, MFIs • Work across structured products – NCDs, PTCs, Direct Assignments • Prepare high-quality teasers, pitchbooks and presentations • Support deal structuring, modelling, documentation and execution • Coordinate with investors, rating agencies, trustees, legal counsel etc. • Build and maintain long-term relationships across the FI ecosystemPreferred Experience • Exposure to NBFC/HFC/MFI/Banks/Mutual Funds/Insurance • Hands-on experience with NCD / PTC / DA transactions • Understanding of debt markets and FI asset classes • Ability to multitask & thrive in a fast-paced environmentWhy Join Us? ✓ Warm, collaborative work culture ✓ Excellent learning & career growth ✓ Opportunity to work on marquee transactions ✓ Competitive compensationInterested candidates can send their resumes on hr@silvercompass.in
