Position Title: Principal Architect – AEM & Adobe

Location: Bangalore (Hybrid-In-office )

Experience Required: 15+ years

  • Experience Level: 15+ years in IT, 8+ years in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM)


About the Role

  • We are seeking a seasoned Principal Architect – AEM & Adobe to lead the design, development, and deployment of advanced Adobe solutions. This role requires deep expertise in AEM and the Adobe tech stack, combined with strong leadership and client engagement skills. You will collaborate with global teams to deliver high-impact digital transformation projects, create innovative solutions, and drive successful outcomes for our clients.


Key Responsibilities

  • Architecture & Design: Lead architecture and solution design for AEM-based projects, including on-premises and AEM.
  • Implementation Leadership: Oversee the end-to-end development of AEM Sites, Assets, and workflows while ensuring adherence to best practices and quality standards.
  • Migration Strategy: Formulate and execute migration strategies from legacy systems to AEM, achieving significant efficiency and scalability improvements.
  • Adobe Ecosystem Integration: Implement and integrate solutions using Adobe Target, Analytics and AEP. Leverage Generative AI for SEO, translation, and content summarization.
  • Client Engagement: Act as a trusted advisor for stakeholders, aligning technical solutions with business needs and presenting innovative POCs.
  • Team Leadership: Mentor a cross-functional team of developers and architects, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation.
  • Market Trends: Stay updated on the latest advancements in AEM, Adobe tech stack, and digital transformation trends to recommend cutting-edge solutions.


Qualifications

  • Experience: 15+ years in IT, focused on AEM
  • Certifications: Adobe Certified Master – AEM Sites Architect; Adobe Certified Expert – AEM Sites Developer.
  • Technical Proficiency: Strong expertise in AEM, Java, Apache Sling, and Adobe Experience Platform.
  • Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead teams, manage complex projects, and drive successful client outcomes.
  • Problem-solving: Demonstrated success in designing solutions to address business challenges efficiently.
  • Agile Methodologies: Experience in Agile delivery models and product-centric approaches.
