We are seeking asharp, driven, and detail-oriented Junior Legal Associateto join the growing legal and compliance team of our client. This role will support the legal function acrosscorporate, retail, and brand partnership verticals. The selected candidate will work closely with business, leasing, and finance teams to ensure legal interests are protected while enablingsmooth, fast-paced deal execution.You will assist indrafting, reviewing, and negotiating a variety of commercial lease transactions,support due diligence requirements, reviewservice level agreements,maintain legal trackers, and coordinate withexternal counselon property, compliance, and company law matters. Key Responsibilities Review and negotiate legal documents includingLease Deeds, Leave & License Agreements, MOUs, Term Sheets , etc. Conductdue diligence exercisesfor properties of interest to the company. Supportbrand onboarding transactionsand ensure alignment with standard commercial and legal positions by drafting and reviewingservice level agreementsand related compliance documents. Maintaindetailed trackersfor all ongoing deals, ensuring visibility for leadership and cross-functional teams. Coordinate with business teams to monitor key contractual milestones such ashandover dates, renewals, and compliance timelines.Qualifications & Experience Bachelor’s degree in Law (BBA-LLB/BA-LLB). 1–3 years of experiencein a law firm or in-house legal team, preferably inreal estate, retail, general corporate,orcommercial contracts. Exposure toreal estate mattersincluding lease/license agreements andproperty due diligencewill be an advantage. Ability tomulti-taskand adhere to internal legal guidelines to protect company interests. Excellentcommunication and interpersonal skillsfor cross-functional coordination.
