Job Overview: 

The HR & Finance Generalist at Pearl Luneth will be responsible for managing a diverse range of human resources and financial functions to support the effective operation. This role involves handling HR tasks such as recruitment, employee engagement, day-to-day administrative duties, and benefits administration, as well as financial duties including budgeting, reporting, and payroll. 


What will you do:


Human Resources:

  • Recruitment and Onboarding: Manage the full recruitment cycle including job postings, candidate screening, interviewing, and onboarding new hires.
  • Employee Relations: Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns, resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Benefits Administration: Oversee employee benefits programs including health insurance, retirement plans, and leave management.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and company policies; maintain accurate and confidential employee records.
  • Employee Engagement: Develop and implement strategies to enhance employee satisfaction and engagement; organize employee events and initiatives that promote a positive workplace culture.
  • Day-to-day Administrative Tasks: Handle routine HR administrative duties including maintaining employee files, managing HR databases, and preparing HR reports. Assist with office management tasks as needed, such as coordinating supplies and managing office equipment.


Finance:

  • Payroll Processing: Oversee accurate and timely payroll processing, including managing payroll records and ensuring compliance with relevant laws.
  • Budgeting and Forecasting: Assist in the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts; monitor expenditures and variances.
  • Financial Reporting: Prepare and analyze financial reports/
  • Accounts Payable/Receivable: Manage accounts payable and receivable processes, including invoice processing and vendor management.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in HR and/or finance roles, preferably with a background in both areas.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; excellent communication and interpersonal abilities; proficiency in HRIS and financial software.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks with a high level of accuracy.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Flexibility to handle changing priorities and new challenges.
  • Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and integrity.
