As a senior member of our development team, you will play a critical role in designing, developing, and maintaining enterprise-grade software solutions that align with business goals. This position demands a deep understanding of the .NET ecosystem, strong problem-solving abilities, and leadership in technical execution.Key Responsibilities :- Lead the end-to-end development of web applications and RESTful APIs using .NET 8, C#, and ASP.NET Core.- Architect and implement scalable, secure, and high-performance backend services.- Guide and mentor junior developers through code reviews, technical discussions, and best practice sharing.- Collaborate closely with product managers, QA engineers, and UI/UX teams to deliver robust solutions.- Analyze and optimize existing systems for performance, scalability, and reliability.- Take ownership of technical documentation, including design specifications and user guides.- Troubleshoot critical production issues and ensure system uptime and data integrity.- Champion Agile practices and contribute to continuous improvement of team workflows.Required Skills & Qualifications : - 5+ years of hands-on experience in .NET development with a focus on enterprise applications.- Expert-level proficiency in .NET 8, C#, ASP.NET Core, Web API, and Entity Framework.- Strong experience in SQL Server database development, including stored procedures and query optimization.- Solid understanding of object-oriented programming, design patterns, and software development principles.- Working knowledge of front-end technologies such as JavaScript, HTML, and CSS is an advantage.- Familiarity with Agile development tools like JIRA, Git, and CI/CD pipelines.- Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to delivering quality solutions.- Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently or in a team.- Willingness to work in the 3 : 00 PM 12 : 00 AM IST shift.
