Position Overview:


We are looking for a motivated and talented Junior Web Developer with 6 months to 1 year of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with PHP, WordPress, and web development practices. This role offers an excellent opportunity to grow and develop your skills while contributing to exciting web projects in a collaborative environment.


Key Responsibilities:


1. Website Development: Assist in designing, developing, and maintaining websites using WordPress and PHP.

2. Theme Customization: Customize and develop WordPress themes and plugins to meet client requirements.

3. Front-end Development: Work on front-end development tasks, including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, to create responsive and visually appealing websites.

4. Back-end Integration: Integrate back-end services and APIs with front-end applications to ensure seamless functionality.

5. Troubleshooting and Debugging: Identify and resolve technical issues, bugs, and errors in existing websites and applications.

6. Content Management: Assist in managing website content, updates, and maintenance to ensure optimal performance.

7. Testing and Quality Assurance: Conduct testing and quality assurance checks to ensure websites meet functional and design specifications.

8. Collaboration: Work closely with designers, project managers, and other developers to implement website features and functionalities.

Qualifications:


1. 6 months to 1 year of experience in web development, with a focus on PHP and WordPress.

2. Experience with WordPress theme and plugin development and customization.

3. Basic understanding of front-end frameworks and libraries (e.g., Bootstrap, jQuery).

4. Familiarity with web standards, accessibility, and best practices.

5. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

6. Good communication and teamwork skills.

7. Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.


Preferred Skills:


1. Knowledge of MySQL and database management.
