Description : Role : Lead ServiceNow ITSM Developer.Location : Hyderabad, India.Type : Full Time Opportunity.About the Role : As a Lead ITSM Developer for our ServiceNow Project, you will be pivotal in driving the success of our IT Service Management initiatives.You will lead a team of developers, collaborate with stakeholders, and ensure that our client's ServiceNow platform effectively meets the business needs.This role requires a blend of technical expertise, leadership skills, and strategic thinking.Responsibilities : - Lead the development and implementation of ServiceNow solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.- Design, develop, and configure ServiceNow applications and modules.- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers.- Ensure the quality and performance of ServiceNow implementations through rigorous testing and code reviews.- Develop and maintain documentation for ServiceNow processes and configurations.- Stay up-to-date with ServiceNow best practices and advancements to continuously improve our ITSM capabilities.- Manage integration with external systems and data sources.- Participate in change management and incident resolution activities.Data sources.DOCX -34 KB Participate in change management and incident resolution activities.Education : - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.- ServiceNow CSA certification.Experience Skills : - Minimum 5 years of experience in IT Service Management and ServiceNow development.- Proven track record of leading ServiceNow implementations and teams.- Experience with the full software development lifecycle, including requirements gathering, design, development, testing, and deployment.- Strong knowledge of ITSM best practices and frameworks.- Proficiency in ServiceNow development, including scripting in JavaScript, Glide, and other relevant languages.- Proper ServiceNow ITSM Certification is required.- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically.- Strong leadership and team management abilities.- Effective communication and collaboration skills.- Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.- Knowledge of Agile methodologies and practices.
