JOB SUMMARY:

We're seeking a result-oriented leader to join our team as the Business Intelligence (Data & Analytics) lead: Business-Focused. This pivotal role demands a leader who can translate data into actionable insights and a strong understanding of the business landscape. You'll oversee a team of talented analysts, working collaboratively to transform raw data into strategic advantages that propel business growth and success.

What You'll Do:

- Data-Driven Business Strategist: Develop and refine the company's data strategy, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives and growth initiatives. Bridge the gap between data and business needs, empowering data-driven decision-making across the organization.

- Analytics Evangelist: Lead a team of data analysts, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning. Motivate your team to translate data into clear insights that inform strategic business decisions.

- Business Impact Champion: Partner with the leadership team across functions to identify key business questions and challenges. Utilize data analytics to solve problems, optimize processes, and unlock new opportunities that generate measurable business impact.

- Data Storytelling Master: Communicate complex data sets concisely, and compellingly that resonate with stakeholders across all levels. Present findings effectively using data visualizations and storytelling to drive action and achieve buy-in.

- Data Quality Guardian: Prioritize data quality and integrity. Implement robust data governance practices to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and accessibility for all teams.

- Technical Expertise: Possess a strong understanding of data analytics methodologies, including data mining, modeling, and visualization tools. Stay current with emerging trends and technologies in the data analytics field.

- Business Acumen: Demonstrate a strong understanding of core business principles, including marketing, finance, and operations. Translate data insights into actionable business strategies that optimize performance across all departments.

- Communication Powerhouse: Possess excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills. Effectively communicate complex data concepts and business insights to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Who You Are:

- A seasoned leader with a proven track record of success in building and managing high-performing data analytics teams.

- A strategic thinker with a deep understanding of how to leverage data to solve complex business problems and drive growth.

- 7-10 yrs of work experience in data analysis methodologies, including data mining, modeling, and data visualization techniques. E-commerce experience is a plus.

- Possess a strong understanding of data governance principles and best practices.

- Demonstrate a strong business acumen with a focus on translating data into actionable business strategies.

- A passionate advocate for data-driven decision-making, with a knack for storytelling and influencing stakeholders.

- Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders across the organization.
