If you enjoy solving ambiguous, high-impact problems and building technology that directly affects how engineering teams ship software, you’ll feel right at home.The role We’re hiring a Forward Deployed Engineering Lead - an engineering leader who is hands-on, customer-facing, and deeply involved in both platform evolution and real-world deployments. You’ll own platform improvements, stability initiatives, on-prem enterprise deployments, customer customizations, and end-to-end delivery of mission-critical features. You’ll also lead a small engineering group of two to three people, guiding execution, mentoring team members, and ensuring high-quality delivery across multiple active workstreams. This role sits at the core of KushoAI’s product and customer impact. You’ll work closely with the founders, influence product direction, and be responsible for shipping reliable, scalable, and secure solutions in environments where correctness matters.
