mthree is seeking a Test Performance & Automation Engineer to join a highly regarded Multinational Investment Bank and Financial Services Company.

Job Description:

Role: Test Performance & Automation Engineer

Team: Equity Trading Systems

Location: Mumbai (Hybrid model with 2-3 days per week in the office)

Role Profile:

  • You will join the team in Mumbai developing best of breed allocation services for the client. This is a rare opportunity to work on large scale, highly distributed and mission critical system
  • You will have an opportunity to finalize the tool and design Performance testing framework using same.

The team uses a variety of technologies including Java, C#, Angular. We leverage MQ, Kafka, Machine Learning, Distributed Caching, No-Sql/Mongo, DB2/Sybase/SQL, storage technologies and Spring

Required Skills:

  • Develop and execute performance and load testing for a large scale microservice based application
  • Use Load Runner, JMeter (or other similar tools) to design and execute Load, Performance tests for Web/desktop applications & its backend services.
  • Hands on programming experience of Python or similar scripting language
  • Prepare data for execution, analyse data gathered from performance tests
  • Report findings, log defects and partner with development team in resolving them
  • Hands-on experience in executing UNIX commands, writing SQL queries, and managing databases to support testing and debugging processes effectively.

Desired:

  • Prior experience working in the financial sector
  • Experience of automation tool like Cypress/ Playwright
  • Hands on experience of MongoDB or similar NoSQL DB
