Job Summary:

We are seeking a Senior Power Apps and Automate Developer with deep expertise in Power Apps, Power Automate, and the Microsoft Power Platform, along with SharePoint. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in setting up Power Platform governance, managing security, and licenses. Experience with SharePoint, MS Teams, Power BI, and the M365 apps suite is essential. The candidate should also excel in automating processes, improving workflows, and handling multiple projects effectively.

Responsibilities:

  • Work Estimation and Timeline Management: Accurately assess project scope, develop project plans, and consistently meet deadlines.
  • Multi-project Management: Effectively manage and prioritize multiple projects to ensure timely delivery.
  • Development Expertise: Demonstrate advanced experience in the Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate). Proficiency in SPFX, JavaScript, React, Angular, Vue.js, CSS, HTML, Visual Basic, PowerShell, Azure Cloud, and .NET Development is essential.
  • User Needs Analysis: Understand user requirements and design automated solutions to optimize workflows and reduce manual tasks.
  • Workflow Improvement: Identify and implement opportunities to enhance the efficiency of business processes through automation.
  • User Training and Support: Provide training, documentation, and support to users to ensure smooth adoption of new tools and workflows.

Mandatory skills:

  • Microsoft Power Platform, including PowerApps and Power Automate. Proficiency in SPFX, JavaScript, React, Angular, Vue.js, CSS, HTML, Visual basic, and PowerShell

Requirements:

  • Technical Expertise: Advanced skills in Power Apps, Power Automate, SharePoint, MS Teams, Power BI, and the M365 apps suite.
  • Development Skills: 5-8 years of experience in Microsoft Power Platform projects, with solid development skills across SPFX, JavaScript, React, Angular, Vue.js, CSS, HTML, Visual Basic, PowerShell, Azure Cloud, and .NET Development.
  • Power Platform Governance: Experience in managing Power Platform governance, security, and licenses.
  • Certifications: Relevant certifications such as PL-600, PL-400, and PL-200 are mandatory.
  • Soft Skills: Strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, adaptability, teamwork, and a proactive approach.
  • Learning Agility: Willingness to learn and adapt to new tools and technologies beyond the Microsoft ecosystem.

  • Project Delivery: Efficiency and quality in delivering solutions.
  • User Satisfaction: Feedback from users regarding the solutions provided.
  • Adherence to Deadlines: Meeting project deadlines consistently.
  • User Adoption: Successful rollout and adoption of new automated workflows.
