About us:

Our client is an early stage start-up founded by seasoned industry professionals with vision to create a market leading business in HR Tech & Consulting space.

Role:

As part of the initial team of the organization, you would be working closely with the founders to build the practice focusing on technology clients.

As part of your role, you will be responsible for:

- Developing BD Strategy to grow the client portfolio by using commercial information.

- Generate business for the company by pitching to the clients, closing commercials, onboarding them and managing end to end relationship with them.

- Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients by staying in regular touch, upselling and cross-selling.

- Identify decision makers within the client portfolio and ensure continuity of business by regular interfacing and advising them on their strategic needs.

- Advise clients on the most appropriate solutions for their technology talent requirements.

- Network across your industry to continuously stay abreast with latest market trends and information in technology hiring.

Key Qualifications:

- MBA from a Tier 1 college only with 2 to 6 years' experience working with reputed organizations or consulting firms.

- Excellent presentation and communication skills with strong interest in latest developments in technology sector.

- Proactive and result driven approach with attention to detail.

- Ability to work in a fast paced environment working closely with senior stakeholders.
