Insurance Claim and Processing Specialist – US Property & Construction Projects Remote | Full-Time | For US Real Estate & Restoration Client We are seeking an Insurance Claim and Processing Specialist to support our client’s US-based real estate and construction projects. The ideal candidate will manage insurance claims, coordinate with contractors and insurance adjusters, and ensure all project documentation and reimbursements are handled accurately and efficiently. What You’ll Do Manage property damage and restoration insurance claims from start to completion Review estimates, photos, and documentation submitted by contractors and vendors Communicate with insurance adjusters, restoration teams, and property owners Track claim status, payments, and required documentation in shared systems Prepare detailed claim reports including material costs, repairs, and reimbursement timelines Ensure all claims are processed according to insurance company standards and client policies Coordinate with virtual assistants, project managers, and leadership for updates and approvals Tools You’ll Use ClickUp or Trello for task and claim tracking Roofr for roofing and repair estimate tracking Google Drive and Sheets for documentation and reporting DoorLoop for property and claim management GoHighLevel for communication and follow-ups What We’re Looking For Proven experience handling US property or construction-related insurance claims Strong understanding of restoration, roofing, and property damage claim processes Ability to review and reconcile insurance estimates, scopes, and payments Excellent communication, organization, and follow-up skills Experience using digital workflow and project tracking tools Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple claims efficiently
