Job Summary :


We are seeking an experienced and certified SAP SuccessFactors Consultant Compensation Module to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in SuccessFactors Compensation and at least one additional module such as Employee Central, PMGM, Recruitment, ONB, or Learning. Prior experience with On-Premise ERP systems will be a strong Responsibilities :


- Lead or support the implementation and configuration of the SuccessFactors Compensation module based on business requirements.

- Work closely with clients to understand their HR and compensation processes and map them effectively to SuccessFactors functionality.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate SuccessFactors with other HR and ERP systems.

- Ensure solutions are scalable, aligned with best practices, and meet technical and functional needs.

- Support end-user training, testing, UAT, and post-go-live activities.

- Troubleshoot issues and provide technical/functional guidance on SuccessFactors compensation and related modules.

- Prepare documentation, configuration guides, and knowledge transfer Qualifications :


- Certification in at least one SAP SuccessFactors module is mandatory (Compensation preferred; others such as Employee Central, PMGM, Recruitment, ONB, or Learning are a plus).

- Proven experience implementing and supporting SuccessFactors Compensation module.

- Strong understanding of SAP ERP On-Premise HR solutions and integration touchpoints.

- Familiarity with SuccessFactors architecture, data models, and performance capabilities.


- Ability to translate business requirements into functional configurations.

- Excellent written and verbal communication Qualifications :


- Experience in HR transformation or digital HR projects.

- Knowledge of SAP Activate methodology or Agile delivery model.

- Strong problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.

- Familiarity with SuccessFactors reporting tools and analytics.

- Ability to work across multiple geographies and time zones
