Job Description :

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Java Developer to join our dynamic team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will have 8-12 years of hands-on experience in Java development and will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-performance applications. You will play a crucial role in building scalable and reliable microservices while leveraging cloud technologies and modern development practices.

Key Responsibilities :

- Application Development : Design, develop, test, and deploy high-performance Java applications.

- Microservices Architecture : Implement and manage Spring Boot-based microservices to enhance scalability and efficiency.

- Multithreading & Performance Optimization : Ensure efficient multithreading to improve system performance and handle concurrent processes.

- Cloud Technologies : Work with AWS, Azure, or GCP to deploy and manage cloud-native applications.

- Database Management : Design and optimize database queries using MySQL and other relational database systems.

- Message Queues & Streaming : Implement event-driven architectures using Kafka for efficient real-time data processing.

- Design Patterns & Best Practices : Utilize Core Design Patterns and industry best practices for

maintainability and scalability.

- Version Control & CI/CD : Collaborate using Git for version control and work within Agile methodologies using tools like ADO/JIRA.

- ORM & Persistence : Develop persistence layers with JPA/Hibernate to efficiently handle database interactions.

- Code Review & Mentorship : Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers and conduct code reviews to ensure code quality.

- Agile Development : Work in an Agile/Scrum environment and contribute to sprint planning, backlog grooming, and stand-up Skills & Qualifications :

- Strong hands-on experience with Core Java 8 and above.

- Expertise in Spring Boot and Microservices Architecture.

- Proficiency in Java Multithreading and handling concurrent processing.

- In-depth knowledge of AWS, including services like EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS, and API Gateway.

- Experience with Kafka or similar event-driven messaging platforms.

- Solid understanding of MySQL and SQL optimization techniques.

- Good knowledge of Git for version control and branching strategies.

- Familiarity with Agile methodologies, including Scrum/Kanban, and tools like ADO/JIRA.

- Proficiency in JPA/Hibernate for ORM and data persistence.

- Strong understanding of software design patterns and best practices.

- Ability to write clean, efficient, and maintainable code with strong problem-solving Skills :

- Exposure to Docker and Kubernetes for containerization and orchestration.

- Experience with GraphQL or RESTful API development.

- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or similar tools.

- Experience with NoSQL databases like MongoDB or DynamoDB.

- Familiarity with Test-Driven Development (TDD) and Unit Testing frameworks like JUnit or TestNG.

- Understanding of security best practices in Java applications.
