Job Description: Production Head (Manager position) for Dehydrated F&V Project

Job Title: Production Head – Dehydrated Fruits & Vegetables (F&V)

Location: Venkatapur, Kohir Mandal, Sangareddy District, Telangana (15 km from Zaheerabad town)

Role Overview:

As Production Head, you will lead the end-to-end operations of the Dehydrated F&V Project – covering planning,

execution, audits, hygiene, and documentation, etc. This role demands strong leadership, team management skills,

operational control, and stakeholder coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

∙Plan and execute production activities as per project goals.

∙Ensure adherence to SOPs, hygiene protocols, and regulatory compliance.

∙Lead internal and external audits; maintain audit-ready documentation and records.

∙Manage procurement, quality checks, and inventory controls.

∙Supervise and train operational teams to drive efficiency and performance.

∙Maintain logs and reports in line with food safety and audit requirements.

∙Coordinate with suppliers, farmers, authorities, and customers.

∙Monitor KPIs, budgets, and report project progress to senior management.

Qualifications and Skills:

∙Master's in food science & technology.

∙8+ years of experience in the relevant food processing industry (Mango fruit Processing preferred).

∙Strong knowledge of SOPs, audits, hygiene, documentation, and quality standards.

∙Effective leadership, team player, communication, and problem-solving skills.

∙Telugu fluency is mandatory.

∙Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Compensation:
