We want the god of writers, the OG Copy Master, with a minimum of 70 years of experience, who should know at least 37 languages and be able to work for more than 59 clients simultaneously. Or maybe just a creative team player, talented wordsmith, and grammar sleuth, whatever, we're fine either way. You'll be responsible for developing marketing and communications content that will separate us from the crowd.

The Role

In this full-time, on-site role, you'll play a pivotal role in crafting captivating copy across diverse brands and industries.You'll be a creative force, collaborating with our dynamic team to bring big ideas to life, from ideation and scriptwriting to campaign execution.


What You'll Do

  • Develop winning concepts and compelling copy for campaigns spanning various mediums (website content, social media posts, video scripts, and more)
  • Partner with the New Business team to brainstorm and showcase creative solutions for potential clients.
  • Own the narrative Confidently present creative plans and campaign strategies to clients, ensuring flawless communication and brand alignment.
  • Set the bar high Maintain meticulous attention to detail and champion excellence, striving for award-winning creativity that elevates our team's profile.
  • Stay ahead of the curve Conduct thorough research on brands, competitors, and target audiences to ensure all content resonates.
  • Be a trendsetter Capitalise on trending conversations and proactively propose fresh, topical content that ignites audience engagement.
  • Manage multiple projects with finesse, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines with self-directed efficiency.
  • Proficiency in Google Apps is a must.  Understanding digital marketing is a plus
  • Actively participate throughout the entire creative process, from initial brainstorming to the final product launch.

  • A deep understanding of industry trends and competitor landscapes.
  • The charisma to lead, collaborate, and inspire a team of creative minds.
  • Impeccable communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • A hawk eye for detail and the ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • A passion for staying on top of pop culture and online trends.
  • The ability to translate audience insights into content that resonates.
  • Experience working with B2B and B2C clients (a plus).
