Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Front Office & Sales role based in Ghaziabad. The responsibilities include managing reception duties, handling customer inquiries and room, events bookings with excellent service, and ensuring smooth operations of front-office tasks. The role also involves assisting in sales activities, providing information to visitors, and liaising with staff to deliver outstanding guest experiences at the resort. Experience Prior experience in Front office and Sale at a Resort or hotel - at least 2 years is expected. Qualifications Strong skills in Customer Service, Receptionist Duties, and Communication are essential Experience with Phone Etiquette and Room, Event Bookigs Ability to effectively interact with guests, resolve inquiries, and provide a friendly customer experience Proficient in organizing and managing front-desk operations and sales data Previous experience in hospitality or sales roles is a plus High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in hospitality management or related fields are an advantage
