Job Summary:


We are seeking a talented and experienced Embedded Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in embedded systems design and development, with expertise in software development for hardware control. You will be responsible for developing, testing, and maintaining embedded software solutions for our cutting-edge products.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Embedded Software Development: Design, develop, and test embedded software for various hardware platforms, ensuring robust and scalable solutions.
  • Firmware Development: Write, modify, and debug firmware for embedded systems, including microcontrollers, sensors, and communication modules.
  • System Integration: Collaborate with hardware engineers to integrate software with hardware components, ensuring seamless functionality.
  • Performance Optimization: Analyze and optimize code for efficiency, speed, and memory usage.
  • Testing and Debugging: Develop and execute test plans, conduct debugging, and perform validation testing to ensure software reliability and performance.
  • Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including software design specifications, user manuals, and test procedures.
  • Project Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams including hardware engineers, product managers, and QA testers to deliver high-quality embedded solutions.
  • Stay Updated: Keep abreast of the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices in embedded systems development.


Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience:
  • Required: Minimum of 2 years of experience in embedded systems development.
  • Preferred: Experience with specific platforms or industries, such as automotive, IoT, or industrial automation.
  • Technical Skills:
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as C, C++, and Python.
  • Experience with embedded operating systems (e.g., RTOS, Linux).
  • Knowledge of microcontroller and microprocessor architecture (e.g., ARM, AVR, PIC).
  • Familiarity with hardware interfaces (e.g., UART, SPI, I2C).
  • Experience with debugging tools and methods (e.g., JTAG, oscilloscopes).
  • Soft Skills:
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.


Preferred Qualifications:


  • Experience with wireless communication protocols (e.g., Bluetooth, Zigbee, Wi-Fi).
  • Knowledge of safety-critical or real-time systems.
  • Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git).
