The Krones Group, headquartered in Neutraubling, Germany, plans, develops, and manufactures machines and complete lines for the fields of process technology, bottling, and packaging, plus intralogistics and recycling. Every day, millions of bottles, cans and containers are "processed" in Krones lines - in alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverage industries, dairy and liquid food industry as well as in the chemical, pharmaceutical and home & personal care industries.

It is quite likely that the bottle of water, cola or juice in your hand is manufactured in one of the Krones lines


Krones Digital Solutions India is created as of 2023 to be the Technology Competence Centre for Krones, focusing on developing software solutions for the Internal organization as well as for the customers of Krones Global.


Who are we looking for?

We have an exciting opportunity as “Associate Consultant”, who is well versed in Workplace Design Technologies (Virtualization - Citrix and AVD, MS Intune). Powershell knowledge will be an added advantage.


The ideal candidate needs to have a strong understanding of Virtualisation technologies like VDI, Citrix/Citrix Cloud, MS AVD, W365, MS RDS with strong scripting knowledge and secondary as Client Life cycle management i.e. Intune


Expert Knowledge on PowerShell Scripting, Using Citrix, VMWARE VDI, MS AVD, W365, Microsoft Intune Suite, Application Deployments Methods, Application issues Trouble Shooting.


The role will directly report to “Manager Workplace Design” Team and will be based in Bangalore.


What are you in for? (Roles and responsibilities)


  1. Analyze Virtualisation/Intune Technical Requests (Change), Transition and transformation of technologies requirement.


Technical Solutions and using existing or Modifying scripting as specified below

  • Create custom Technical solutions with customer specific adaptions/requests.
  • Manage All troubleshooting in Virtualisation area using MS, Citrix technology.
  • Knowledge on MS AVD and RDS would be an added advantage.
  • Create scripts for Health Check, based on customer specific requirement.
  • Create PowerShell script-based on technology demand.
  • Implementing DWP standards as per company guidelines
  • Configure deployment in the client management suite (Microsoft Intune).
  • Troubleshooting in case of Virtualisation and Intune issue.
  • Create and Import applications to Microsoft Intune and Monitor the same.
  • Close cooperation with German Counterparts & Indian test management team
  • Work on Incidents on SB Workplace Management related to Virtualisation and MDM Team.

What are we looking for? (Experience/Qualifications/Skillsets/Must-haves)

Requirements

  1. A minimum of 10+ years RELEVANT Experience in Virtualisation and MDM area.
  2. Expert Skills in Citrix Cloud or a similar technology tool
  3. Expert Skills in Microsoft Intune/MEM
  4. Expert Skills in OS Microsoft Windows 10/11, MacOS
  5. Expert Skills in standard applications (e.g. Microsoft, Adobe)
  6. Expert Skills in PowerShell and Shell Scripting Knowledge
  7. Strong Process knowledge according to ITIL good practices and with present or past employers
  8. Good analytical thinking
  9. Good Communication skills and excellent interpersonal skills
  10. Active team player and possess independent working ability.

Academic Qualification and Certifications:

Any Graduate or a Diploma With necessary relevant experience as per requirement section mentioned above.

Optional or good to have certifications:

ITIL (V4) foundation certification is added advantage.
