Engage deeply with engineering teams on architecture, APIs, and system design.Stakeholder Collaboration : Work with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, marketing, sales, customer success, and compliance to deliver end-to-end solutions.Customer Focus : Gather feedback from users, conduct market research, and analyze usage data to continuously improve product offerings.Execution : Prioritize features, define MVPs, and manage agile sprints. Own the backlog and ensure timely delivery without compromising quality.Documentation & Communication : Maintain clear documentation (PRDs, user stories, workflows) and communicate product status and strategy to internal and external Stakeholders.Lead agile product development processes, managing sprints, backlogs, and release cycles.Work closely with security and engineering teams to design, build, and iterate on features across :Phishing SimulationRisk Scoring (Employee & Org)GRC WorkflowsThreat Intelligence, Dark Web & Brand MonitoringCloud & Email Security (Upcoming)ASM & DLPKey Skills & Qualifications :Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field (or equivalent practical experience)6+ years of experience in a product management or technical product management roleProven experience working with APIs, cloud infrastructure, or SaaS productsSolid understanding of software development life cycles, architecture, and Agile methodologiesStrong problem-solving and analytical skillsExcellent communication skills and stakeholder managementPreferred Qualifications :Bachelors/Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field.Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CCSP, or vendor-specific (CrowdStrike CCFA, Palo Alto, Fortinet NSE) are a plus.Experience in MSSP, cyber security or consulting environments is highly preferred.Why Join Mitigata?If India's growth is under threat, we're standing in the way.Every cyberattack, every data breach, every fraudulent claim isn't just a digital incident.
