Title: Practice Lead- Devops, Cloud & SREDesignation: Sr. Director/ AVPSkills: Devops, SRE, CloudExperience: 15+ yearsLocation: Greater NoidaWe at Coforge are hiring a Practice Lead – DevOps, Cloud & SRE with the following skillset:Practice Leadership & Delivery Excellence- Lead the DevOps, Cloud, and SRE practice across multiple engagements and geographies. - Own end-to-end delivery of complex programs ensuring quality, timeliness, and budget adherence. - Define and implement best practices, frameworks, and methodologies for delivery. - Drive continuous improvement and innovation across delivery processes.Capability Building & Team Development- Build and scale high-performing teams through hiring, mentoring, and training. - Develop and execute capability development plans aligned with emerging technologies. - Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and technical excellence.Technical Strategy & Thought Leadership- Define technical strategy and roadmap for DevOps, Cloud, and SRE initiatives. - Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies to guide innovation. - Represent the organization in industry forums, conferences, and thought leadership platforms.Required Skills:- Deep hands-on experience in DevOps tools and practices (CI/CD, IaC, automation). - Strong knowledge of Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and cloud-native architectures. - Proven experience in implementing and scaling SRE practices (SLIs, SLOs, error budgets). - Familiarity with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and microservices architecture.
