From boutique hotels to concept-driven workspaces, we bring warmth, character, and a sense of place to every project.Role OverviewWe’re looking for a passionate Interior Architect with a sharp design eye and solid technical grounding. The ideal candidate will work across concept development, detailed design, and on-site execution, ensuring that every project reflects Molyar’s design ethos — thoughtful, expressive, and context-driven.Key Responsibilities- Conceptualise and develop design narratives, layouts, and material palettes for hospitality and commercial projects. - Prepare detailed drawings, GFCs, and working sets with precision and creativity. - Coordinate with vendors, consultants, and contractors to maintain design quality through execution. - Conduct site visits and resolve design or coordination challenges on ground. - Source and curate materials, finishes, furniture, and lighting aligned with the project’s story. - Collaborate closely with the principal designers through all design stages. - Create presentations, mood boards, and visuals to communicate design intent effectively.Skills & Qualifications- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or Interior Design. - 2–5 years of experience working on hospitality, commercial, or high-end interior projects. - Strong command of AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop, Enscape/ Vray and presentation software. - Deep understanding of detailing, materials, and execution drawings. - Excellent communication and coordination skills. - A keen aesthetic sense and a collaborative, design-led approach.What We Offer- Opportunity to work on high-end hospitality and commercial projects across India. - A creative and design-focused studio culture that values innovation and storytelling. - Hands-on exposure to every stage — from concept to completion. - A chance to grow within a young, dynamic, and passionate team.To Apply:Send your CV and portfolio to peri@molyarbyperi.com with the subject line “Application – Interior Architect, Molyar”.
